SCI: Correction file can't be choosen when DLL interface is used
Description:
When the direct DLL interface to SCI is used the correction file is tried to be loaded during initialization what causes an error message when the standard correction file cor_neutral.ucf is not available.
The initialization has to be changed in a way that allows it to specify a correction file before / afterwards
