Short keys are delete when changing from SAMLight 2D to 3D to 2D
Description:
When changing from SAMLight 2D to 3D and back to 2D the short key gets lost, for example the short key for Edit\Center\Both -> F5 (in installed settings file sc_light_settings.sam) gets lost.
