PixelDitheredMode: integrate bidirectional mode
Description:
In Pixel Dithered Mode, means converting bitmaps into dithered black and white information and marking them, the bidirectional parameter is not yet implemented.
For to enable PixelShifting it works as follows:
LaserOn and LaserOff delays will automatically be set to 1
The parameters stored in LaserOn and LaserOff will be used for calculating the shift of every second line:
LaserOn for shifting left, LaserOff for shifting right
