Enable Splitting / Step&Repeat / Bitmap marking
Description:
Add enable check box into each settings dialog. Allow to enable one of the modes exclusive only.
Add a toolbar "modify job output" holding combo box to show and select a modifing output mode and a button for resplit, in case job was edited and needs to be resplitted.
