Starting the redpointer on sub-entities with "mark selected" active causes MIP and mark time issues
Description:
When starting a redopointer with "mark selected" active while a sub-entity is selected, and then triggering the mark process would leave the MIP disabled and cause no mark time updates until the next time the mark top button was pressed.
