USC-3 defocus through lookup table
Description:
There should be an option to choose the unit of the defocus value between [2^16 bit / Z Field Size] and [mm].
Defocus [2^16 bit / Z Field Size] does not go through the z lookup table.
Defocus [mm] goes through the z lookup table.
