Allow scaling of Bitmaps preserving current DPI ( dots per inch ).
Description:
In Samlight Settings->General is a new checkbox 'Preserve DPI when Bitmap scale'. If checked, every Bitmap scale results in a new Bitmap generation with the former resolution. If not checked, resolution changes after Bitmap scaling, because no new generate is done in this case.
