sc_setup: dongle diagnostic shows dongle type
Description:
Within sc_setup.exe, menu Diagnostic->Dongle also the dongle type should be displayed.
Also currently, if starting sc_setup without dongle and then connecting the dongle, the user_id == -1 is shown.
