New CCI commands to enable dynamic grayscale map and set the points of the system pixel map
Description:
A command is needed to activate the Dynamic Grayscale Map. The interpolation should also be selected with this command.
0 = deactivated
1 = linear
2 = cubic
3 = hermite
Another command is needed for setting the points themselves. This command should contain the grey value and the corresponding power value.
The number of points should not be limited.
