HC3: use REMOTE_EXECUTE for mark in progress
Description:
The MARK_IN_PROGRESS output goes to high also during red pointer output and also when waiting for an external trigger signal.
Now we use the REMOTE_EXECUTE output (Pin8 of the 9 Pin conncetor) for this purpose.
