| Description: | The RTC6 card can be used in the RTC5 compatible mode or in the standard mode. These modes differ in the resolution of optical z positions: RTC6 in RTC5 compatible mode expects 16 bit, RTC6 in standard mode expects 20 bit. The SAM library uses the standard mode.
Up to now the 16 bit resolution was passed for defocus values, this should be 20 bit instead. |
