Changing the stepper factor of an axis will not recalculate other settings that are dependent on it
Description:
If the factor of a stepper axis is changed, other settings that depend on the factor (for example the min/max speed) are not updated if their mm values are left the same. A forced update only happens during boot, thus only with stored settings.
Affected settings are now force-updated when the factor changes.
