Scanahead delay (negative) value changes every time the dialog is reopened
Description:
For an RTC6 card with an excelliscan head, the scanahead values (LaserOn and LaserOff) are changed each time the dialog is closed and reopened. This is only true for negative delay values. Positive values might be changed once (due to rounding) but then will stay the same.
