Add special laser tab of 500-0 to user rights of Pen Advanced
Description:
The special laser tab 'Special Physics Explorer One HP' under pen settings of laser type 500-0 will be only visible, if 'Pen Advanced' under Settings-> System -> User Level -> Edit Privileges -> Pen Advanced is activated.
