Mark Start Dialog: external trigger with auto pointer
Description:
Currenty after pressing STOP (by extern or intern), the next external trigger does not work - this should be changed.
All signals should be possible by either pressing Start /Stop or adjusting external Start / Stop signals.
If red pointer and auto pointer are checked, it should behave as follows:
if scanner is stopped:
- next Start should switch to red pointer output
- next Start should mark
- after marking it should automatically go to red pointer output
if during red pointer output an external Stop arrives, it should stop the scanner.
if during marking an external Stop arrives, it should stop marking and (if auto pointer checked) start red pointer.
