PartCounterMode: Disable Count for Redpointer-/ Nonmarkable Entites
Description:
If PartCounterMode is enabled in Settings->System->General, it should not count Redpointer-/ Nonmarkable Entities.
Currently it counts all top level entities. The count should be removed for both types of entites.
