Bugfix:Improved beam compensation puts hatch always on z=0mm
Description:If the improved beam compensation is
- activated, a newly generated hatch with a beam compensation (not 0) applied on an entity with z not 0 will be set at z=0.
- not activated, the hatch uses the z level of the entity (as it should be the case).
The same applies to loops.
