Implementation of new CCI command to get laser type, laser version and optical field axis states
Description:
It is possible to get and set the field axis states of SAMLight->Settings->System->Optic settings by CCI command ScGetLongValue() / ScSetLongValue() and the flag scComSAMLightClientCtrlLongValueTypeOpticAxisState.
It is possible to get the laser type and laser version by CCI by CCI command ScGetDoubleValue()
