Feature:Signal if vectors are too short for current speed in simulation
Description:Usually all 10us, a position signal is sent to the scanner while it travels along the vector with the pen velocity. If the vector is too short we still output its end coordinate, even if this distance is less than what would be traveled with the current velocity. This results in a lower marking speed for this vector(part) (and possibly burn-in).

As a first step we should detect this in simulation mode and output a warning into the simulation log (for scaps only).
