Highlight field 'rotation' if MOTF is enabled
Description:
It is very dangerous to use a rotation in Settings->Optic or Settings->Optic->Advanced->(Correction->Settings) if MOTF is enabled. This will leed to distortions along the not compensated optical axis. The rotation has to be applied to the correction file directly which can be done in sc_corr_table.exe.
To show this danger the corresponding rotation fields should be highlighted by getting a light red background if MOTF is enabled and the values are not 0.
