Command line parameter '/noclose' to prevent SamLight from closing except via CCI
Description:
A new command line flag "/noclose" should prevent SamLight from being closed (via X, Alt+F4, File->Exit, etc.).
Closing via CCI ScShutDown() is still be possible.
