Rehatch all should update the scanner bitmap as well.
Description:
Edit --> "Rehatch all" should update the scanner bitmap as well.
This is important for hatched entities which have the flag "Output As Bitmap" activated.
For Example:
It is still working for the Hatch tab. Here the scanner bitmap is updated if a value is changed.
