Add support for a combined serial number and datetime format string
Description:
Serial numbers support a new datetime combination mode where the whole format string is specified together, allowing arbitrary combination and order of datetime format specifiers and serial number format specifiers. The combined format is specified in the datetime dialog, the regular format is ignored. Serial number format specifiers have to be specified by using "@" instead of "%", double "@" will produce a regular at.
The new combination mode is also supported in flash mode.
