Bugfix:	Line Step index has wrong value if an old job file is loaded in the latest release of SAMLight
Description:	There is a problem with the default value of the line step index (hatch property) of old job files (*.sjf). If this old job file was created in a SAMLight version, where this value was not existing yet, and gets loaded in the current release of SAMLight the default value of the line step index might be wrong. The default value of the hatch pair A is 1 and correct whereas the default value for pair B gets 11, pair C gets 111 and so on. The default value for the line step index should be 1 for old job files for all hatch pairs.
