Do not open Driver Settings dialog in sc_setup if Flash JobIOSelectMode is active
Description:
If the USC-2/3 card is in FlashJobIOSelect mode the driver settings dialog should not open after the corresponding error message like in SAMLight->Optic advanced. Just disable the driver settings button.
