Feature:	TCP ASCII mode code page for client control programming
Description:	It is possible to choose a code page for TCP ASCII communication between SAMLight and a client control interface (CCI) program. The string has to be sent in choosen Code Page ( Unicode also is possible as code page ) and in case text manipulation commands ( like e.g. ScCciChangeTextByName() ) the used font in Samlight must support these characters. The defined ASCII mode code page may differ with the code page of the running ( non Unicode ) Windows system but has to match with the used code page of the CCI program strings.
