Add scanner home jump after initialization of USC-2 when flash commands HP and JPM is defined/enabled
Description:
The existing flash command HP and JPM will be extended. Right now the home jump will be executed after a completed or interrupted flash job. We will add a home jump after the initialization (booting) of a USC-2 card.
