automatic z-axis drive when Redpointer ist started
Description:
The aim is to execute the first ScMotionControl entity of the job when the Redpointer start button is pushed.
It should also work for selected entities when the "selected" flaq in the marking dialog is activated.
The feature should be available for CCI too.
