Simplify translation process
Description:
Develop a way to do the translation of (all) strings centralized and simplified, e.g. via XML file.
Generate output list of the strings to do the translation.
Process input list of the translated strings.
Output and Input is provided by new Samlight cmd line parameters /export_language and /import_language. Samlight resource edit mode must be activated with sc_setup.
XML file eg. 'sc_resource_sc_german.xml' is saved in the 'reportfiles' folder of Samlight and is automtically expected there for import, too.
But beware: 'import' and 'export' works ONLY on already translated streams. So export for a total new language will produce no output. Request a start file from SCAPS in this case.
