SAMLight does not notice the start of a marking process per CCI:
When the Samlight mark dialog is open while the marking has been started with a CCI command, SL does not notice and you can't stopp the marking through the Samlight mark dialog.
With new CCI mark flag 'scComSAMLightClientCtrlMarkFlagUseAlreadyOpenedMarkDialogAndSettings' marking will run inside the Samlight mark dialog, and can be stopped there.
