Changed splitting handling of protected entites imported by CCI
Description:
Entities which are imported with the import flag scComSAMLightClientCtrlImportFlagProtected will NOT be set to non-splittable entities any more. We will avoid the splitting of protected entities anyway but they will be a part of the split jobs now. That means the outline of the protected entity are visible in the (splitted) red-pointer preview and in the split preview now. The protected entity will not be marked as first entity but will be marked in the usual split job order.
