CCI cannot activate MOTF correctly for USC-2
Description:
When MOTF is called via CCI, it is not activated correctly.
The correct channel is enabled and the MOTF mulitplier gets the correct value, but MOTF speed stays 0 (in the Infoview).
Once the System->Settings->Optic->Advanced->MOTF Settings dialog is opened and left by Ok manually, the speed changes and MOTF works properly.
