Bugfix:
Inverted red-pointer bit leads to problems when switching from USC-1 to USC-2 (red pointer and pulse length)
Description:
If in USC-1 settings the 'Invert Bit 3' for the red pointer is set and the card is upgraded to a USC-2 this flag is not visible any more. Nevertheless it leads to problems with the red pointer and setting the pulse length of a IPG laser. This is because the not visible flag is still setting the opto out 2 (bit 3) of the 37 pin connector.
If the flag is unchecked while a USC-1 is connected the failure is not present any more.
