Mark Beat Count and Mark Beat Offset does not work for 'Mark as Bitmap' in SAMLight Bitmap rotary
Description:
In SAMLight Bitmap Rotary (BMP continous move and mark) all bitmaps will always be marked if they are created via 'Output as Bitmap' in EntityInfo. That means the defined mark beat count and mark beat offset will be ignored.
Additionally, X / Y orientation now depends on 'scanXDir' entry of source Scanner Bmp.
