pen changing causes resplitting without asking
Description:
By using fixed split size for character, user can manually shift the split line afterwards. But when user apply another pen for the character, and open the mark dialog -> start pointer, the manual shifting would be ignored and the whole job file will be resplitted without asking firstly.
It would be good to have a dialogue before replitting happens or just block this.
