Bugfix:SAMLight not responding on startup / Missing password dialog in Windows task bar
Description:In some cases the dialog to enter the password on SAMLight start up is not shown as an entry of the Windows task bar. SAMLight seems to not response because it is waiting for the password entry but the corrsponding dialog is not displayed. There is a known incompatibility with the SAMLight password entry and the windows 10 touch input service. If you stop the “Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Service” (control panel->administrative tools->services) for one run of SAMLight then you should get the password entry box. Afterward you can restart the service.
