In SAMLight save settings for Standard I/O mode and Job Select mode, so that after switching old values are set.
Description:
In SAMLight if switching between Standard I/O mode and JobSelect mode the Status Bits should be stored within the modes. E.g if assigning several bits in Standard I/O mode and then switching to Job Select mode then switching back to Standard mode the values for Status bits should be those that were defined in Standard mode before switching to Job Select mode.
