Bugfix:	Even DirectWrite not active, loading of the corresponding Dll's by SAM could result in Samlight hangup forever.
Description:	Even DirectWrite is not active without given corresponding Samlight command line parameter, DirectWrite Dll's are loaded - and loading of the corresponding Dll's by SAM could currently result in a permanent Samlight hangup during Samlight startup depending on the state of the OS using ( OS higher than XP ): DirectWrite Dll's now only are loaded, if DirectWrite is specified as Samlight command line parameter ( /UseDirectWrite ), AND loading of the DirectWrite Dll's then takes place AFTER complete SAM was loaded.
