Wrong stepper signal (type 14) in bitmap rotary line by line mode (OPTO_OUT signals)
Description:
In bitmap rotary line by line mode was the step signal missing. This was observed for motion type 14 and only if the step signal was defined for a OPTO_OUT pin.
