Bugfix:	For 'entity based splitting', different hatches for e.g. one char 'a' can have different center points.
Description:	For 'entity based splitting', different hatches for e.g. one char 'a' can have different center points: This can lead to a changed hatch marking order in case of entity based splitting, which may be is bad in case gold marking ( engraving and cleaning cycle ). Before: Two hatches with a center position less different than 0.001 mmm will be marked with their original marking oder. NOW: Two hatches with a center position less different than 0.05 mmm will be marked with their original marking oder. If these software changes are not enough, please inform SCAPS , because it is e.g. also possible to allow any distance value if both hatches are located in the same Layer ( as in case ScWinTextChar2D ) ...
