Description:	Bmp cutting now should work without overlap or gaps between the single cuts: This should be especially true for 2D Bmp cutting. If using 'output as bitmap' in the 'entity info' property page, this did not work before - the resulting bitmap was not recognized in case active splitting - for ScSerialNumber2D and for ScBarCode12Chars2D. Is fixed now. Only the new mode 'MarkingOnTheFly - Bitmap Marking' currently can handle ONLY one Bitmap - all other split ( or Bmp ) modes, like e.g. 'fixed size splitting' can handle MORE than one bitmap. In case 'more than one bitmap', creating a scanner bitmap for a bitmap allows to define e.g. different scan direction ( x or y ) and/or different ditherstep for each bitmap !
