Read XY2-100 status in SAMLight for USC-2 cards
Description:
For USC-2 cards bit 15 and 16 of the XY2-100 status
(20 bit word) will be available as message input bit.
For this input bit an action like stop marking can be
defined in the SAMLight IO settings.
