Korean or arabic characters cannot be set radial or as single characters
Description:
If Korean or Arabic character text is generated as radial text or with check box "Generate single characters", then this text is not generated - or not as generated as single characters.
This is valid for Vista SP2 and higher and later Operating Systems - reason is that internally used Windows Uniscribe API does no more work correctly in this case in Operating Systems later than windows XP - even under XP until now, arabic chars may not be generated as single chars.
Should be fixed for Korean and Arabic ( e.g. radial ) chars, when starting current Samlight with command line startup parameter /useDirectWrite.
