Switch MIP Signal of USC cards off during execution of control objects
Description:
There will be a new global flags 'Disable MIP when laser is inactive' in Settings->System->Laser. This flag will be available for all laser types and for USC cards. If it is enabled there will be no marking in progress signal (MIP) (corresponds to the red LED and to the OPTO_OUT_0 signal of USC cards) when control objects are executed. Control objects are ScMotion for stepper type 8 and 14, ScTimer, ScWaitForInput and ScExecutable. If the new flag 'No MIP for control objects' is enabled the old flag 'Keep Marking Active Output' in any splitting dialog won't be available any more and will be overwritten if it is already enabled.
