In BmpRotary, if 'Keep bitmap size' checkbox is set to off, the bitmap should be marked with new desired width or angle:
Due to code re-arrangements, because old code did change the original ScPixelArray2D bitmap before ( which now remains unattached ), this new desired angle or width was not taken into account until now.
