Max value for red pointer speed
Description:
SAMLight will check if the speed of the red pointer, which you can adjust in the 'Mark->Andvanced' dialog, is in the speed limit of the 'Optic->Min/Max' dialog.
The speed limit of the red pointer will be the smaller value of the maximum values of the mark and jump speeds.
