Bitmap marking - threshold for 'JumpOverBlankPixel'
Description:
For bitmap marking we will implement a new entity-based threshold for the feature 'JumpOverBlankPixel'. Pixel with a grey-scale value above this threshold will not be marked. The default value will be 250.
