Description:
Using the Tool ScCut function ( as Samlight splitting does ) did not necessary cutting in case 'cog':
Checking, if current lines are WITHIN the current split, did only take cuurent split size into account, NOT the overlap area ( if specified ). Fixed now.
Additional fix: The ScCut function could produce as output lines with zero length, which could remain in the current split - those lines are now removed.
