Backport for 1607: Switch off Settings saving is not updated in settings file:
Description:
If in Samlight Menu->Settings->General 'Switch off' Settings saving is activated, relevant flags were not saved during Application shutdown.
So, restarting Samlight lead to 'Settings saving' still 'active' or 'on'.
This is fixed now.
