New stepper mode for supporting USC2 onboard motion control
Description:
The USC2 will have stepper motion control on board (see feature request 1555).
It should be possible to use this new onboard control out of SAM / SAMLight.
New mode is '14' - 'SCAPS stepper controller'.
Currently 3 motion axis are supported - but 6 supported motion axis are in preparation.
